JJ McKiernan and Jamie Pardington have found it pretty easy to settle into life as City players - helped by joining the rest of the first-team squad for a pre-season training camp in Spain.

We catch up with both, with Jamie explaining that goalkeepers work just as hard as outfield players during pre-season despite skipping the punishing training drills.
